This rosé is made from bleeding (saignee) of juice from a Manchester Ridge Pinot Noir.  The rosé had just enough skin contact to gain a beautiful pink and violet hue. It is a medium bodied rosé with strawberry and lemon zest on the palate and a hint of mulling spices and rose on the nose. It was aged 3 months in neutral French oak.
