This is delicate Pinot showing bright raspberry fruit, good acidity and lovely cherry and cheery aromatics.  It is unfiltered and unfined and was aged in 30% new French oak, 70% neutral oak.  The intention was to create a complex light bodied Pinot to pair with vegetarian, pork, poultry, and fatty fish like salmon and swordfish.
