Shipping

 

When you purchase wine from our site, you are confirming that you are at least 21 years old when you place your order and that you agreed to the terms and conditions.

 

For now, we can only ship within California. Shipping is a flat rate of $20 for anything less than a case and free for 12 bottles or more. The default shipping will be ground but expedited shipping can be arranged and will be billed at the estimated cost. Email orders@tomaqwines.com if you have questions.

 

Returns

 

We will replace or refund any bottle a customer is dissatisfied with. Unless a wine is damaged or defective we cannot accept returns. If you think a wine is defective, please let us know within 90 days of receipt of the wine and we will replace or refund it. For quality control, it would be great to know exactly what the issue is, so please tell us when you request a refund.
